The CW is giving early full-season greenlights to all three of its new dramas. The netlet conformed a “back nine” order for Sarah Michelle Gellar’s Ringer on Wednesday afternoon; now the fullseason pickups have also gone out to the Rachel Bilson drama Hart of Dixie and the teen witch series The Secret Circle.
