Australian actor Tim Phillipps (Once Upon A Time) has been cast as the new preppy guy coming to town according to E!Online.
Good-looking, preppy, spontaneous, playful and confident, Grant literally sails into Chance Harbor on an impressive yacht. How’s that for a dramatic entrance? Described as the life of any party, this worldly bon vivant is a breath-of-fresh-air…except he’s not all that he appears to be.
Phillipps will first appear in episode 16.
